Don't expect help from any staff on board. Don't expect a dinner less than 2 hours long and LONG waits in-between food deliveries (if you get everything you ordered)!!!!

Waiters seemed lost, forgetful, wait times were atrocious. Requested a fan first day and was told one would be brought, still didn't have it 2nd day called again. They then apologized and said one was coming. 3 hours later I called again and they told me there were none left and I should have asked the 1st day, which I did!!!

1st day our toilet was BROWN that cleared up day 2, but a bolt that fell off the toilet was just sat by the garbage can, and then washers and more things fell off and they too were just put beside the garbage can, never fixed! The ceiling had cracks and paint missing and the carpet was a constant wet/damp feeling like it had been scrubbed but never dried. Unfortunately we were told the ship was full and there were no options to move .

I hope you just want to lay by the pool and eat very little.
Thank you for sharing your review. Last August I was on a 4-day Carnival Cruise to Mexico and it was abysmal in every single way. It was one of their smaller older ships and I hear the larger ones are nicer but I'm not going to take a chance. Sticking with Royal Caribbean, princess, or celebrity from now on.
