Review summary

The Spirit is a wonderful ship. It had just come out of re-ferbishing and was very clean. The crew was exceptional especially the dining room staff. We were dissapointed with our stateroom staff. Gerald was very good for the first coupple of days and then got lazy and did not do simple task that are common for a stateroom attendant to perform.

The food was good but was overshadowed by the wonderful dining room staff. They made us feel at home and made sure each dining experience was one to remember.

Entertainment

Ship could have more entertainment in the palace. There were several nights withoout a show.

Service and Staff

The entire ship's staff (exception being our stateroom steward) was wonderfull helpfull and did everything with a smile and a positive manner.

Ship Quality

The ship layout was great and the public area's especially the restrooms were very clean. The overall decor was a bit gaudy but most of the ships we've been on are.

Cabin / Stateroom

Stateroom was great with plenty of room and good location.

Pros: Visiting the Hawaiian Islands

Cons: The weather going to and coming from Hawaii Was cold and windy. I would not recommend this cruise at this time of the year
