My first cruise and my last.. This was horrible in every aspect.. The cruise line didn't seem to care or even worry about our safety as the boat flooded

We had a blast on this ship! They have an amazing crew. The food was delicious something for everyone. You create your own vacation and memories. You don't wait for others to help you have a good time.

Wow, I think I'm going to have to agree. You have completed about Everything! Some things can't be helped. Accidents happen, Old things Break. They Didn't Cancel your cruise. If you were So disatisfied why didn't you use the 24 hour 100 percent Satisfaction Guareteed Refund/Cancelation policy? According to the policy, you can get off the Ship, they will fly you home and Refund your money's spent. You have 24 hours to do this. Instead of Complaining about Every little thing, You should have done that and Rescheduled on a Newer, Maybe larger Ship. Read your Cruise Contract and Guest Information it's All right there on Carnivals Website, the Hub before you get on ship, and your Reservations information.
