We were greeted by name 98% of the time and the service was always great! We had a small issue with our TV in our stateroom not working properly that we had an issue with getting it fixed (my husband fixed it himself).
Ship Quality

The ships design is cool for the year that it was created (1993). It could use some updates in the common area, but overall it is beautiful. The common areas were ALWAYS clean and well-maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

The stateroom was pretty nice. We had a small issue with the beds sliding apart when we were sleeping. The size was as normal as a regular cabin size could be with a nook type area where the portholes are.
Ship tip
I don’t recommend booking a room at the front of the ship because you can feel and hear EVERYTHING going on with the ship.
There is lots of shopping in the port and if you are looking for Pure White Hennessy, buy it in this port as opposed to the 10% off sale the ship offers on the first day only. I got my bottles for $53.00 each with taxes included.
Great food and excursions on the beach. Be sure to walk down the beach and you will find cheaper chairs/umbrellas, and excursions than the ship offers.
Make sure that you do not have any outstanding tickets, missed court dates, etc because Customs/Security came aboard the ship and was arresting passengers at 7:00am.
