Review summary

For our first cruise we found everything to be absolutely fantastic. The facilities were clean everything was vibrant and beautiful. Our room was fantastic and the staff was even more than we expected. We definitely caught the cruise bug and will be cruising again soon.

We had an ocean view room for two. King bed was clean and comfortable. I was fully expecting uncomfortable beds but I was pleasant surprised with the comfort of not only the mattress but the bedding. We had a wonderful steward who took care of everything and knew us by name when we arrived. The room had plenty of space for the two of us and tons of storage.

Ship tip

Spend some time walking the ship when you embark. You would be surprised how quickly you can get places once you're familiar.

I have heard that some other cruise ship dock and you can walk straight into town from another port. Our ship docked on base and we had to take a trolley to town which cut into our time having to travel into town and then having to make sure we caught the last trolly at 12:30 to make it back. Would have much rather been close enough to walk on and off the ship.
