We had a wonderful time on the Sensation. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise.

Was this your first cruise? Maybe you had never seen a cruise cabin before? The room you listed (M241) is a Balcony Cabin and is 185 sq ft. That is larger than typical standard balcony cabins on other cruise lines by 20 - 40 sq ft. Did you try to get 4 people to a room? That is never a good idea unless they are small children.

We’ve been on the sensation twice, and has always been great. We do book interior cabins and they are not that small for what they are, they are comfortable and have all the amenities needed. The crew always keeps it clean and fresh. Some of the decor in some ships are a little older, I wouldn’t say they need updating, they just need to be enjoyed for what they are and the theme it represents. I have been of RC and their ships are newer with more grandeur and a at higher expense but definitely lack more fun, so nicer it’s not always better. The fun is what you make of it, with so many activities there is always something fun to do. Or just relax and reflect on how wonderful it is to have the family together and enjoy each other. The key is to plan ahead and be enthusiastic. Maybe the next time it will be better for you.

You booked the smallest cheapest cabin and then Complain about it being so small?
