Review summary

Most everyone knows about all cruises being canceled to Cuba. Overall this put a bed taste in everyone's mouth and after everyone finding out that other cruise lines were given compensation of 50% off their cruise and 50% off a future cruise, a lot of people were very upset, including me because carnival was only going to give a $100 a person on board credit. After all the money that was spent and getting to Miami and paying for this cruise, which was more expensive than a regular cruise, carnival seems not to care about their customers. This was not our 1st cruise and we even got married on the Dream 2 years ago. In a nutshell, I felt carnival slapped us in the face. I'm no longer going to give Carnival my business if they feel I'm only worth a $100.

The drinks and bars were the best part of the cruise. Lala and Iulia (?) Were awesome at the Alchemy bar. Loved them. Kittiphong was our head waiter and was awesome in the MDR.

Lana and Iulia (?) At the Alchemy bar were excellent. They made our cruise so much fun. Kittiphong was our head waiter. He was great. Our steward named vinny. He was awesome and our room was kept clean and always called up by our names. Very nice to see a happy friendly face each day.

Ship Quality

All areas were kept clean. Old ship, needs to be dry docked and updated.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was fine. Cracks in the blinds, but overall it did its job.

Ship tip

Not a big shop. Old ship so don't expect all the bells and whistles.

Disembarkation

Terrible...was a cluster trying to get off. I had an employee named Collette from United Kingdom tell me that if I did like the debarkation process, I can cruise another line!!!!...Yes I was actually told this by a Carnival employee!!!
