I had a great time. I went on this cruise as a gift to myself for my birthday. I would do it again.

Uncle Ben and his staff were wonderful. I was part of a group of seven women. We received the best customer service from Team Headwaiters: Robert & Ricardo, Team Waiters: Reymie & Nessa and Asst. Team Waiters: Sourav & I Putu. We sat at the American Table and American Feast. Brayan (Bar Waiter) and Reynante is one of the best Bartenders you have on staff. Juan Pablo never missed a beat, never messed up a drink and was always on time.

I did everything I could on the ship. I had a wonderful experience with Dion who made sure everyone was moving on the ship. He kept you informed and always with a smile.

The Effy sales team Trent , Agnes & Kubilay and also the Dufrey staff provide the best customer service. This is not just a job for them they truly enjoy inter acting with the guest on the ship. Darilyn & The Shopping Expert Team was wonderful. Guest Service Supervisor Branka & Mawonera Trevor went the extra mile to make sure I had a great birthday. Ari Stateroom Steward and his team Handhoko also Thu Hotel Steward were exceptional.

The ship was very clean. While on deck some maintenance had to be performed. The staff made sure we were accommodated.

Ship tip

The moment you get on the ship, go directly to the Fun Director to receive the information about the giveaways and the information regarding the different ports. Make sure one reads all the information and tune into the ship tv.
