All around worst cruise I have ever been on...I honestly might not ever cruise again after this experience...also when I called to complain because not only did they make me sick with food poisoning or have the rudest staff in the planet we also got double charged for $300 from carnival that took 5 days to get back on my card causing us to be pretty much broke the rest of our vacation...they offered me $100 on board credit if I book and go on another cruise within the next year...wow...just wow...carnival has really dropped the ball I must say!

I got food poisoning from the food on this ship all the cold food was warm or hot and all the hot food was cold...I seriously ate white rice with soy sauce one night because the food wasn't even edible....I lost 30 pounds before I left for this cruise with every intention of gaining 25 pounds...I lost 10....beyond disappointed..also the cheers package is a joke when it comes to trying to get your coffee in the morning...hopefully you don't want to surprise your significant other with coffee in the morning...also regular coffee on the ship was with burnt or clear....a coffee drinkers nightmear is this ship I swear!

I literally used to go to every show on past cruises...I never even sat down in the theater because everyone was flat or boring...I'm pretty sure one singer was wasted...but the comedian we're outstanding!

Those kids looked so sad everytime I walked by the facination and ecstasy the kids looked like they were having a blast this was just sad to see...

Other than two bartenders Adrian and Allan and the cruise director bk (who we only found on the last day of the cruise unfortunately) the staff was absolutely terrible. Very ill informed and rude.. Most didn't even know English very frustrating!

Loved it but I don't suggest the zip line excursion I'm an adivid gym rat and I about died on the obsticle course....I passed out...the beach was gorgeous I wish we would have just done a beach day!
I’m sorry you had a bad experience on your cruise. Hope you try cruising again, the chances of you having the exact same experience again is very low. Maybe try a different ship or cruiseline?
Sorry you got sick and we're overcharged. Sometimes when a few things go wrong it makes everything seem wrong. But there were others on your same cruise who reported great food and staff. I'm sure it wasn't as good as some other cruises you had but try to keep it in perspective. I'm pretty sure the pool didn't get any smaller on this ship. Good luck next vacation and I hope you try cruises again.
Hi sorry your cruise wasn't the best .. but if things like this happen you first need to go to guest services then you need to write a complaint while you are still on board ....also the staff all have bosses why did you not report this staff member there and then ?once you leave the ship they don't want to know !!!! many people will call and complain thinking they will get something for nothing if they complain... we have had 23 cruises and never had a rude staff member they have been nothing but great hard working staff who go out of there way to ensure you vacation is awesome....
Did you check you bill before you left the ship ? Or where you double charged when you got off ? .... five days is pretty good to get money back from anyone who has over charged took us over two weeks when over charged by a hotel ...
