Review summary

There are three additional people I must mention that made this trip memorable: Orlando, the cruise director was hilarious; he spoke to the passengers as though we were family. Deon, who I'll call the Bingo guy...he was funny too and enjoyed himself right along with the passengers Sean, our cabin steward, always showed concern for my mom and was very kind - my mom particularly enjoyed the animals he made out of the towels.

As my elderly mom and I were approaching the line, the young man checking the boarding pass quickly identified my mom's need for a whellchair and before I knew it, another young man arrived with a wheelchair and wheeled her right in. He was a very pleasant, courteous and respectful young man.
