Duncan was our service provider in the cabin and he was great. Somehow my bookmark came up missing but I guess stuff like this happens.

Ship Quality

There was a piece hanging from the ceiling in the Ecstacy dining room. The ship was always clean.

There was some visible black mold in the shower. Cleaning prior to our arrival was not completed and food was under the bed.

We loved grand Turk and would go back. Loved the margaritaville and beach close to the ship food was great at the swim up bar little slow but had a lot of people there and staff was nice. Sorry for your horrible time but you should try it again 👌

Really? May I ask why? We were in Grand Turk Dec 11th & it was gorgeous. We swam off the dock close to ship, had lunch in Margaritaville then walked the beach to Jack Shacks for a drink. It was amazing. Sorry to hear you didn't have the same experience.
