I Hope the new ships or better...I will try another carnival cruise but will do my research on the boat before i go on it .. my plans is to take my kids on a cruise in May 2018 .. carnival victory and carnival Sensation was a disappointment..

I agree that the Sensation is an older ship, as we were on the Fantasy last year and it is in the same class. However, vacations are what you make of it. Personally I would rather sail on something other than a floating shopping mall, which is what appears the newer ones look like. :)

Sounds like you learned the hard way how important it is to research the ships in advance - for any cruise line! And the cruise lines as well. Some lines are better than others in maintaining their ships and keeping them current with new venues. Good luck with your future research! And happy belated birthday. I hope it wasn’t all bad. 🍸

Try a newer ship, and compare the ships, see what you like and don't like. The newer ships typically do longer cruises, but sometimes you can find a shorter cruise on one of them.

It is hard to tell from your review and comment what turned you off. Generally, the newer ships will have better facilities and be larger. The service from the crew will be about the same.

I don’t have really anything say nice or good so i won’t say anything .. I was very disappointed for this to have been my birthday cruise . I turned 48 on that Saturday Nov 11,2017 .. Very disappointing
