Review summary

Old ship, old food with mostly rude people. Not impressed and will not use carnival again. The islands were not great and the boat was so boring. If the casino wasn't there, it would be awful.

The main dining rooms for dinner had the exact same food as the lido buffet. Food was not good. Matter of fact, the pineapple was the best thing I had.

We had a good time on the ship. It's a lot better since they remodeled it. Have never had great food on a carnival ship. I don't go for the food, I go to relax and enjoy my free time. Been on 23 cruises have never had a bad cruise. Sorry you didn't enjoy maybe try Princess or Royal. Try to remember Carnival is the party ship.

We are booked on the Vista for Nov 12th. One my salespersons just came back today and said it was AWESOME!!! It's there newest and biggest ship

I wouldn't totally give up on Carnival on your first cruise. Unfortunately the Sensation is one of its oldest ships. Maybe a newer, larger ship will suit your needs best.
