Review summary

This was the first cruise for me on Carnival in 11 years and I was very disappointed. I have always had such a wonderful experience with this cruise line. I'm hoping it's not the norm now.

Poor quality at the Lido for food and drink service was very poor unless you go the the bar yourself.

Over all poor service, waiters and ship personal were hard to find. Room steward asked me when I arrived if I wanted service to my room and if so, once or twice a day. I am used to them opening and closing the room with out being asked. Seemed as if he didn't want to do it and dirty coffee cups were left in my room after cleaning twice. Overall, nothing near what it's been like in the past.

Have you cruised other lines in the past 11 years? If yes, you may be experiencing some recent changes. If no, I believe most cruise lines have lowered their standards. Others may give you better info.
