Review summary
The customer service was over the top. GREAT JOB!
The pool deck entertainment was poor until last day of Cruise. Throughout the day when we returned to the ship the deck was not festive it was rather boring. Ther was no music playing on deck for those wanting to relax it was as if they did not want guest on the deck. Very poor. When i asked the entertainment director about it, he said it was because guest in their rooms would complain.
The rooms need to have more power outlets, only 2 outlets in room one in bathroom and one in room area. Today people have at least 3 electronic devices per person. But The service was OVER THE TOP!
