Review summary

Great family trip! We did off-season M-F and cruise was full of all ages, including lots of families. I’d highly recommend this trip. Remarkable staff onboard. Kids can’t wait to try another cruise!

Embarkation

This took about 90 minutes and security wasn’t very polite (separate company for security).

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Great options! In addition to the formal dining room, there were many casual eateries. My kids could split up to get what they wanted and we could all join together to eat. Great variety. Dining room was like eating in a fancy restaurant with excellent menu choices.

Service and Staff

Top notch service. Every employee on the ship worked nonstop to make the trip pleasant. Everyone greeted us and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed.

Ship Quality

Very clean! It’s remarkable how the ship is kept so clean. Staff is constantly cleaning common areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

Excellent room attendant. Plenty of towels. The ocean view was worth the extra money. We did a connecting cabin which was great as we had 2 bathrooms for our family.

Ensenada, Mexico Did not visit port

There’s nothing in close distance to port. All activities require transportation. I didn’t feel safe taking my kids off here.
