Review summary

We absolutely loved this leg and the prior 3 day for our first B2B. We look forward to doing another soon. We will certainly come back to this port again, and would sail Radiance again!!!!

Embarkation

2nd leg of our B2B. Took 5 minutes to walk us off and back on the ship. We were greeted with smiles and a glass of champagne!

Everything we wrote about on our 3 day applies here. Side note, nothing negative but this was the third cruise that we didn’t get a Guys Burger! Did try Big Chicken, it was good, but the Cantina is still my go to on Lido!

Onboard Activities

Enjoyed many of the trivia opportunities this time. Hadn’t done them on previous cruises.

Stage shows were good. Loved Family Gems in the lobby bar on both cruises!

All good. Only knock was that it was noisy on this leg due to some nightly late night loud intoxicated people.

Ports of call

Catalina Island, California

Rented a golf cart for an hour. Unless you plan on touring the botanical garden don’t rent for two hours. Enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Avalon.

Ensenada, Mexico

Easy to walk off the ship and to the Melacon. Get the shrimp tacos!! Easy walk downtown to the shops. We spent about 2.5 hrs exploring the area this time. People were very friendly and venders were not pushy.

Had to wait for the tide to rise but aside from that pretty standard procedure.
