yes, it will give you priority but so will those with excursions book through the cruiseline.

Even with priority, you’ll be instructed to go to a specific area onboard (a few weeks ago it was near the Lido deck) to claim your priority tender number. They’ll then let you know where to go to wait for your tender. Be forewarned though that priority does NOT include the return water shuttle back to the ship. 🫤
