Review summary

The a/c in my room was broke the first night. I complained and the front desk said that maintance will look at it. The front desk gave me a old fan in thr 5th day of my cruise. My room was a sauna and I never got an apology. the fan was loud and sounded like a wind tunnel in my room.

Same here only our story went like this: We arrived on Sunday and discovered we had a burned out light bulb. We told our steward who said it would be taken care of. It didbt get fixed until Thursday, not much help if you leave the following Sunday.
