Review summary

Met many new friends. Staff was very attentative ands friendly. Carnival rules for passengers were not enforced. People wore casual clothing during elegant nights in the dining room. There were babies in diapers in the hot tub. There were pre-adults on the Serenity deck. For some reason, all the pools were not functioning all the time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything about the restaurant dining was top notch...the food , the staff, the decor. It bothered me that some passengers ate while wearing baseball caps. That should be kept for the buffet areas.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was great; something for eveyone. Instructions were always available on TV whenever needed.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff became friends, not just workers doing a job.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The amount of balcony staterooms was perfect. The interior decor was too dark, gaudy and heavy. Everything was kept very clean and easy to get to. Some elevators were not functioning at critical times.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The stateroom and balcony were perfect...many storage areas.

Pros: The entertainment and the food in the restaurants.

Cons: The dark and heavy decor.
