A Great Trip!

Sail Date: January 29, 2012

Met many new friends. Staff was very attentative ands friendly.
Carnival rules for passengers were not enforced. People wore casual clothing during elegant nights in the dining room. There were babies in diapers in the hot tub. There were pre-adults on the Serenity deck.
For some reason, all the pools were not functioning all the time.

Pros: The entertainment and the food in the restaurants.

Cons: The dark and heavy decor.

Recommends Carnival Pride? Yes!

Ship Quality
The amount of balcony staterooms was perfect. The interior decor was too dark, gaudy and heavy. Everything was kept very clean and easy to get to. Some elevators were not functioning at critical times.
Food and Dining
Everything about the restaurant dining was top notch...the food , the staff, the decor. It bothered me that some passengers ate while wearing baseball caps. That should be kept for the buffet areas.
Cabin / Stateroom
The stateroom and balcony were perfect...many storage areas.
Service and Staff
The staff became friends, not just workers doing a job.
Entertainment was great; something for eveyone. Instructions were always available on TV whenever needed.
