Review summary

We were freezing in the main dining room and the Showroom. Had to wrap up in jackets and/or shawls even tho had on long sleeves. Would be comfortable if temperature would be raised about five degrees. All staff was great. Liked the food station set-up at the buffet. However, would be good if they were grouped together a little closer. Some were quite a distance from the others. Had to walk thru the seating sections to get to some stations. Am very pleased that you did not have Free Style Dining. Like having a definite table with same group and not standing in line to be seated. I can stand in line to be seated at Denny's or Marie Calendars.

Lovely people. We were in cabin 4145 & 4143. Really liked our steward Angelo. He was very helpful. We were seated at dining table 381. Our servers Anselm and Indato were wonderful. My husband uses fresh ginger with his meals and it was there every evening waiting for him.

Size and condition of stateroom was excellent. Our steward was wonderful. Did wonder why our family members on Deck 6 got lotion and we on Deck 4 did not. Our steward did not have any lotion. Have always received lotion on every ship in the past. Small but really convenient item.

Pros: Did not have Free Style Dining.

Cons: Temperature too low in dining room and Showroom.

Recommends Carnival Pride? Yes!
