The food was great.  The staff all very friendly. 

The music around the pool and in the lobby was too loud.  Wanted to talk to my travel companion and people I was meeting but very difficult.  Having the band right next to guest services was awful.  VERY DIFFICULT to communicate with the representative.

Never got to a comedian (PG) because I didn't want to miss the big show and I am not a late night person.  Possibly more staggered so I could do both, 

the food didn't stop ,the staff were so attentive, the shows were great ,the comedians were very funny !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carnival definitely does a good job training their employees. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly, helpful, and they seemed to like their jobs. The ship is old, but clean. Get to know your cabin steward--they're great!

Favorite part was visiting the ports. Food was good, but not the best.  Shows and comedians were good. Stateroom and sit down dining staff were very friendly, however bar staff and other staff not so friendly.  Pools on over 21 deck nonexistent, just hot tubs.  Layout of ship too confusing.

Truly enjoyed myself on my first cruise...food, service and shows was all good. Plenty to do so I was never board. Would definitely go on another one soon.

Had a great cruise and highly recommend it. The shows were awesome and the comedians were great, along with lots of on board activities. The main dining room menu was extensive and the food was excellent, with a wonderful service staff.

Overall it was a very fun time. The beds were not set up like we had requested and the dinner wait staff was the worst I've ever had. Arnold our room steward was amazing.

The food was excellent.  I'm glad that I didn't spend extra and the elite restaurants because Elations Restaurant had a great selection every evening and at brunch to satisfy both my husband and myself. I was not comfortable with the fact that I had to wait in line and not treated with extra respect because of my handicap.  I walk with a walker which is difficult for me to stand for long periods of time.  The only way that I could have had better treatment is if I had been in a wheelchair or asked for wheelchair assistance during embarkation and debarkation.

This was my first cruise ever. I had heard so many others rave about their experiences and decided it was time for me to try one. I found it to be very relaxing and enjoyable. Excellent service from the staff. Outstanding food available either in main dining or at buffet stations.  Entertainment was okay.  Mostly appropriate for a younger age group.  Very loud and sometimes too off-color for my taste.  Would I do it again?  Absolutely!  Next week?  I think I will wait a while.

Cruise was great. Change in itinerary was troubling.  Because of weather, part of group did not make cruise.

Entertainment could have used a little upgrade.  It was the same as last years cruise.  One of the performers was below par, could not sing on key.

What we enjoyed most was the shore excursions and how other couples and staff were personal and friendly.  What we least enjoyed was the lack of items in our stateroom such as a second chair and refrigerator.  Without the chair it made making use of room service difficult and without a refrigerator there was no place to keep wine and drinks cold.  The fact that on most of the decks you had to go up and down levels to get from one end of the ship to the other made it difficult.  WE also believe that muster station drill was not well planned.  We were required to wait on a crowded deck and in the hot sun for a longer period of time than normal. I say normal as we are Diamond level at Royal Caribbean and have never been put through something like that.     

Yes, I would recommend. Lots of things on board ship to do. Wish we could have had a little more time in the ports. Would have liked to try a local restaurant.

Dinner is always the best part for us. The service is always incredible.

our room was not tended to quite as much as other trips. Sometimes it was not tended to until turn down. 

Shows are well done but a little risqué for a  family.

worst part was days and times at port were changed which messed up excursions that we had booked with other companies.

The days were beautiful on and off the ship, the evenings interesting and entertaining. We were well-fed with delicious offerings and our Room Steward Sagi managed to keep our room neat and clean for our return at bedtime.

I've cruised with Carnival before but, I thought the Grand Caymans was the best.

I'm ready to go on another adventure with my friends and Carnival.

Sunny days, great ports, excellent food, and suggest getting the Cheers package as it is does allow you to try new drinks at no cost and lets you stop worrying about your final cruise tab.

the ability to relax and enjoy my surroundings was great. Hanging out at the Lido deck with great music and breeze. The game room offered many options, just a tad bit to cold. The staff performances on the Lido deck, restaurant and theater were great which almost gotten me to join them.  

May only suggestion were:

game room: additional regular playing cards  & temperature control (too cold)

Stateroom: clock  

This cruise was the worst! There is no heat on this ship and in January it can still be a bit chilly in the Caribbean. Didn't go into Grand Cayman because of weather and all the did was refund us $17! Would not recommend to friends and won't take this cruise again! Stateroom was dirty looked as if it had not been dusted in a while.

Do not cruise Carnival as the Guest Service Supervisor "Brenda" was rude. She also provided misleading information and convinced other staff members that she was correct. We sent 2 hours at the counter going back and forth with Christina another Guest Service Supervisor regarding their beverage policy. Eventually Fria the Assistant Guest Service Manager stepped in to try and diffuse the issue. Needless to say they did find a inconsistency and returned our$7 bottles of wine that they sell on the ship fpr $42. THIS WAS OIR FIRST AND LAST TIME CRUISING WITH CARNIVAL!

I thought the ship was nice and very clean. All the carnival employees were friendly and worked extremely hard.  But I was disappointed in the food and the entertainment. We didn't get to stop in Grand Cayman because of the bad. I was disappointed but I understand why we didn't. With an extra day at sea we were so bored. The comedy shows were the only entertainment we enjoyed. Carnival really needs to add better entertainment.  I know everyone vacations different. Our group doesn't "party" like a lot of people did. We couldn't enjoy sitting around outside because of the loud music. You couldn't even have a conversation. I wake up early every morning and like to sit outside and drink coffee. Just about every morning there was a drunk group maybe 20 something year old sitting by the pool. They thought it was hilariously to run around deck in their underwear and to make other passengers like myself the butt of their jokes.  So overall I did not enjoy myself. 

Food was mediocre

Our port of call in Grand Cayman was cancelled due to weather and no alternate arrangements were made.  An entire day was spent on board with nothing to do.
