It was a very restful and peaceful five days vacation. Didn't do anything, but sleep, eat, and watch musical and comedy shows. The staff was outstanding, so helpful and professional.

Onboard shows were very good! American's excursions were excellent. Only 8 people for Manatee swim and 3 for Sea Lion swim. Only bad thing horseback excursion was cancelled.

Loved the activities, both for kids and adults. Fabulous staff, add-on experiences were a little over-priced.

Our waiter... and I know I am spelling this wrong......ONECHI was the best. Great service, a pleasure to talk to… will go far with carnival.

Please share with Carnival paradise that our dinner servers were excellent: Joey, Oliver and nickname Ironman.

Had a great time. Service was excellent. Ship updates were good. Wish there were more pools. Missed outdoor movies. Overall great experience.

Over all my cruise was wonderful. Didn't like the idea I had to go to customer desk to get my name tags the line was always long. My husband was also told he could get the cheers package if I got the soda package this was not true. We both had to buy a cheers package and I don't drink like that. This made no sense to me but we didn't get it because everyone told us it's not worth it if you don't drink a lot. My husband got most of his drinks off the ship.

Awesome service, beautiful ship, we had an amazing time. The waterslides were amazing there should be more than 1 pool for so many people

Nice trip with an excellent staff. They go above and beyond. Food and choices weren't the greatest, otherwise the trip was a good getaway.

We enjoyed our time but it would be nice to see more things for the children.

We sailed on the Paradise right before it went into dry dock for remodeling, and loved the improvements that were made. The new mini golf was beautiful and the new water slides were awesome!!!!! Wish they had a 2nd pool for children.

This was a very nice experience, the ship was lovely, the food was wonderful!

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food, and the temperature of food was always luke warm...except at the blue cantina where we had tacos n Guy Fiero hamburgers were always hot and good.

Our rubies was good not sure if we had more children onboard than usual, but I never even got to go in the pool😟It was always full and the hottubs too . I did find the serenity deck it was nice. I just wished there was another pool for adults.

All staff, especially our cabin attendant , wedding coordinator, and photographer where outstanding-was so pleased how well we were treated!!! Loved it! Was m first cruise, Rick had been on a few and stated the service was outstanding

Booked and Had 3 cabins with family members.I would rate this cruise as basic and OKAY .Suggest paying a little more and try ANOTHER cruise company or provider. OLD is OLD,hence renovations were not noticeable.

Getting home and off the ship was ridiculous. Only 1 person in customs was insane. Elation restaurant food wasnt the greatest and some of the waiters didnt like if you ordered more than 1 appetizer. The cruise director Leon was absolutely amazing. For his first week he did a phenomenal job. We really enjoyed Gerry, one of the workers. He went above and beyond to make sure whatever event he was working everyone was happy!!

Prefer larger, newer ships. But it was a good get away.
