Fun over all cruise. Would and will do again, even on the same ship. Disembarking needs some work but that is my biggest complaint.

Our trip was wonderful. It ended poorly on night five. There was music and noise and partying going on past 1:30 AM. We discovered that we were under the piano bar. Trying to rest before the big day for disembarkation was impossible. I recommended that they stop the music in the piano bar like 12 midnight or 1 AM. There were only five people in there and they were all drunk. I also suggested that they not have the volume and the microphone so loud disturbing the rest of the ship. Why allow five people, drunk, disturbing the other 2000 guest? Carnival service was made aware of this.

Overall it was a wonderful cruise with plenty to do.

We just sailed the paradise 2 months ago I love the small ships it was a fun ship the crew were awesome some really went above and beyond one cool thing with the paradise there are a lot of places to just sit and relax inside and out

I will start by saying we picked this cruise for the port ( overnight stay in Havana). Room We enjoyed the upgrades to the ship. Our spacious room and extended balcony became the meeting spot for our group Dining The fine dining food was average and we missed having more options to eat

We were on the Paradise in September and had a wonderful cruise to Mahogany Bay, Honduras and Cozumel, Mexico. We really enjoyed Mahogany Bay. Beautiful water, beach and the island was beautiful. The ship was great to and was easy to maneuver on it too. Room was good, food was good, friendly staff and we just enjoyed the entire experience!!

Carnival is definitely the Fun Ship very family-oriented fun for the kids and old ! food so so the cleanliness of the shift is not like it used to be used to be you set your glass down it was gone now you're you put your dishes down and it takes a while but they eventually do disappear. I like you get too choose what time of day you would like your Stuart to make up your room I had them do mine in the morning I like to take a morning shower and then I like them to do what they're doing and they're out and they're gone for the rest of the day in case I want to go back in and nap or whatever!

This was our first cruise and we loved it! Our cabin steward, Resty, was the best! Food was good and shows were great. We enjoyed every minute on the ship and we’re ready to go again.

We were skeptical on going to a smaller class of ship at first but we really enjoyed the Paradise. The food and staff were excellent! The atruim is one of our favorites now and the ship does good making it self bigger than what she really is. We would sail a Fantasy class ship in a heartbeat!

I was on the Sept. 10th sailing. It was my first cruise so I dont have much to compare it to but it was the most amazing time I've ever had! Our room steward Mr. P was beyond helpful because I was cruising with my fiance mom and aunt in one room. Anak was a bartender in the casino bar and was the most lively energetic crew member on the ship other than the cruise director! We had such a great time time on this ship that we book our honeymoon though carnival on another ship 😁

I didn’t like that my room had shoes and socks from the previous cruisers. I loved guys burgers. The endless bubbles (non alcoholic) wasn’t worth it as it was super difficult to get a soda, and never got a full can.

Over all, the cruise was the most wonderful vacation I have ever been on. The crew was great and were always happy to help anyway they could. The activities were great. There was something for everyone. My only complaint was that the pool should have been monitored better. One time there was a woman that was so drunk that I feared she would drown and none of the staff took any action. Another time at the pool there were people being EXTREMELY inappropriate in front of young children and none of the crew said anything. This was during the middle of the day so it should have been more family friendly.

We had a good time we really appreciate how nice yasinee was at the coffee cafe she remembered our names also welly made our dinner very nice really enjoyed him being our head waitstaff

I really enjoyed myself on this ship. Friendly staff. Food wasn’t bad. Staterooms was fantastic. Family would definitely cruise again.

Over all it was nice. I'll would like a cheapest all inclusive plan for drink and an all inclusive price for digital photos. No body uses the print ones anymore and $15 for just one digital is wayyyy toooo muchhhh

Negative points of Havana hospitality would be offset but beyond congeniality levels of Caymans. Simple items are overpriced in Caymans but these simple items are scare or non-existent in Cuba. Impressed with Carnival to the point that we just booked a second cruise in January 2020 for Aruba. Don't be fooled by discounted prices offered by Carnival. This is value versus overpriced cruise lines offering similar amenities.
