Meh. My 2nd cruise (1st was on RC). The food was mediocre at best. The dining room food was good though. Guy's burger was like crack; fabulous. The problem with a cheap cruise is that people who wouldn't ordinarily afford a cruise go on cruises. They were rude and entitled, wanting to get their $300 worth. They didn't watch their children and were awful. My 15 y.o. niece loved the teen club.

I cruise often and was very disappointed with service and food maybe it was because this was an older ship

Our room attendant, Gede, was outstanding! The room was always clean and the towel characters were fun.

I had the time of my life, there was times when I felt like I needed to take a nap but I refuse too because I didn't want to miss out on any of the fun filled activity. The Quset and the Comedy Show along with the live Shows was Awesome. My family decide to do a Girls Cruise on the Carnival Paradise and all 34 of us had the time of our life. We was best know as the Dream Team ,Foxy and my Elderly Aunt Alice who dance the night away with all the sexy guys on the ship. From the Activity Director, the Great music the DJ from New York, the Entertainers, Wait Staff, Cooks, individual like Jennelyn the hostess who was so helpful and informative and Sumyewa the waiter who always made our dinning experience rememberable, and the young guy who came to our table and performed his amazing magic tricks. And I will never forget Rudy our stateroom steward who made sure we always had everything we needed and knew everyone by name with his BEAUTIFUL smile and professional services. Your team of experts made our trip the most enjoyable trip I have ever had in my 53 years on this earth. Continue to do what you do God Blessed

I had a wonderful time it was a great experience for it to be my first time cruising . I will be doing more cruises. Me and my family had a blast. Everyone knew my mom and Aunt by name cause them two old ladies was the life of everything going on on the ship.

Wonderful cruise vacation. We spend a wonderful time.

Cruise ship and staff were excellent. Food and entertainment also great. Enjoyed Havana and glad we got to experience Cuba.

What a great time! Even though the ship was smaller then I realized, I still had fun. The staff, the entertainment, the food all wonderful. Enjoyed the Carnival excursion that we chose. The people in Cuba are friendly and accommodating.

We dined at Elation for dinner and breakfast, both Joyce and Adam were amazing! Always made our dinning experience a pleasure! Ana at Guest Relations/Service needs to do better with following through on her words, the one lady at the Excursion desk. Is extremely rude, needs to work on customer service.

It was a nice cruise but I didn’t enjoy the restaurant food

cruise was great. I wish there was more activities during the day, but its very understanding. The ship was very small, felt every wave hit. Great cruise overall!

Especially excellent service and entertainment. I very much appreciated the high levels of attentiveness, professionalism, politeness, and friendliness of the food service staff. I befriended a few, and the ones that I was served by frequently were Jasmine, Iuliana, Anak, Ika, Numfon, and Abelardo. They remembered my face and name throughout the whole cruise, and I enjoyed having conversations with them. It really touched my heart to see that they remembered me and were interested in conversing with me. Furthermore, the stewards exhibited these high levels; I appreciated how they always greeted me as I passed by, and how my steward, Adi, remembered my name and room number. I also loved the towel animals on my bed each day, and the level of cleanliness to which they kept my cabin. I also liked all the activities that the cruise offered. They were fun, engaging, and creative. I particularly enjoyed the dancing/singing shows, and the towel-folding demonstration. I highly recommend this cruise line. Besides the beautiful ports and attractions, the cruise service was phenomenal.

Awesome cruise! Ate, Slept, Gambled, Played Bingo, Caught a Show! And Cam the Cruise Director was so funny. Best cruise yet! The Carnival Paradise is the smallest ship I’ve been on but you don’t really notice. I never felt overcrowded.

Home from our 5 day cruise on the Paradise! This cruise restored my faith in Carnival again. Room steward and wait staff were friendly and very attentive. Crew around the boat always had a smile and would ask how your day is/was. Coffee was strong! Ship didn't seem overly crowded. MDR food was pretty good!

This was my 3rd trip on this ship and 1st since redo. Was awesome girls loves waterworks. Surprisingly serenity was not that busy i was able to sit under the shade. They needs shades at waterworks and should put a couple fans up in serenity too. Food in MDR was really good. If you on this ship ask for Minnie she and her team was the best ever served us. Entertainment was really good too. Never had to wait a lot for anything. We enjoyed every minute of our time. I highly recomend this ship. We did not even come off before all my family asked when are we going again and where. This was our 7th cruises with my husband but so far carnival always delivered.

The paradise has recently been renovated and all the changes were wonderful. We loved the new eateries on the pool deck. The new water park was awesome. All in all a great time for everyone in our group. Highly recommend sailing on the Paradise.

What a great cruise!! My son loved Circle C. My niece loved Camp Ocean. Our room Steward, dining staff, Casino staff, bartenders all get an A+! The staff made the cruise!

Overall and amazing vacation. I would definitely recommend the excursion to XPlore Park in Cozumel.

This was our first cruise and it was alright. The cruise was very organized; however, the food and bedding left a lot to be desired. Most of the food was extremely salty and nothing to brag about. I imagine they make the food salty, so you drink more and consume less. Plus, this encorages you to buy their soda and/or alcohol packages. Guys burger joint is no better than cooking a patty at home. Basically, you walk up and they hand you a burger on a bun with some fries and you finish the product at a station with the toppings you desire. We ate in the fine dining restaurant and thought we would never leave. The service was extremely slow and once again, the food was nothing to brag about. We had 3 cabins and all of us had some sort of stained bedding and/or towels. The entertainment was alright - something you would expect from a high school production.
