Review summary

My husband and I had a good time (his first, my third). We didn't do much because we are seniors who just wanted to get away and relax. The other family members enjoyed themselves especially the children, they loved the beach

Embarkation

Long lines but they kept it moving

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Very accommodating with my gluten issues. The food was delicious, servers were awesome!!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We were there with other, younger family members. It didn't seem to be enough for the children (ages 12, 7, and 5) unless you paid extra per activity.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The music was great but comedy show need some work. We only saw

Children's Programs

Nothing for them

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our room steward Saw was awesome. Waitress Catalina was the best. We also had a waitress from the Philippines who seemed to be having a "not so good day" but she turned to be the sweetest person, even looked for us the next night to give my husband some coins from Philippines for his collection. Chipo was such a delight and very helpful in dining area. Liza in guest services was the best, very professional went over and beyond to assist us. I really appreciated Uncle Johnny reiterating whatever announcements captain would make. Captain was great but seemed to struggle to find the correct words in English, Engineer was awesome in explaining what was going on with hurricane. Thanks to the captain, engineer and everyone who helped take care of us during hurricane Debby.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Nice and clean

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
My cabin was U29, not U148. Loved the view. The room was nice, bed was comfy, I just couldn't get past the port-a-potty smell?

Ship tip

Sit back, relax and enjoy. After all it is a "moving hotel".

We left from this port

Cozumel, Mexico

Not enough time, the beach cost more than it was worth

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
It was good despite the people not paying attention to the instructions due to the delays caused by hurricane Debby
