The food was a disappointment. Most meals in the Elation dining room were overcooked and getting cold by the time they were served. Perhaps the dining room was understaffed, because the service was slow. We cruised on the same ship just over a year ago and things were much better I also believe I got food poisoning from the food at Guy’s Burger Bar. I felt fine before I ate the burger and fries, but with an hour or two I was nauseous and bloated. I didn’t feel better until I vomitted several hours later. I didn’t feel completely well for another day passed. I reported it to Guest Services, but heard nothing back.

The pool and some of the hot tubs were closed several times. They would remain closed for hours, with no maintenance appearing to be done.
