Review summary

The cruise was great overall. This is my first cruise post pandemic and for me the buffet staff was very friendly but the food selection has gone down tremendously and the staff in the main dining room wasn't as friendly but I preferred the food from there. Eddie was our bar person while we were in the buffet area and he was super friendly. He didn't hound us to get drinks but was very attentive to our needs. Trevorn was the best and Tressinia was working hard nonstop in the casino seemed like night and day and stayed friendly with a smile. Those named above and Ketut made our trip wonderful.

It was good and organized. The staff kept the lines moving and was very thorough and clear about what was needed for each step of the process.

The Lido deck drinks were watered down but we mainly was at the United States Bar where Trevorn was our preferred bartender. He was amazing and definitely made our time more enjoyable. He was very precise and efficient not to mention he never had you just standing at the bar looking crazy. He made sure to address you and let you know he see you and will be right with us when he's done. Very professional and nice! The buffet was not good to us but we did enjoy the dinning room food more. The Chef's Table was good and being able to try something different. It sucked that all the bars ran out of Pepsi and Starry before the last night.

Onboard Activities

We pretty much stayed in the casino. Due to it being a smaller ship the 1 pool was always crowded until it was time to close and the kids kept the whirlpools full. Wish the Serenity area had a pool or a bar like some of the other Carnival ships.

Ketut our stateroom steward was amazeballs!!! He made sure we had everything we needed and was beyond friendly and welcoming! I loved how he always spoke and wished us a good day everyday

Be prepared to walk a lot as the elevators were not all working

Cozumel electricity was out so that wasn't good for those that didn't bring cash off the ship or enough cash for purchases. We weren't able to get frozen drinks either but as always I enjoyed Cozumel
