Review summary

I am 100% p and t disabled veteran who was asked what disability i had that on couldn't drink on in a busy lobby by guest services. I was already marked disabled on my ship profile and had a soda package. In order to not have to buy the drink package i had to show all my meds that say i can't drink in a public bar on the ship to the ship bar manager. It was a horrible experience and made me feel like i was a alien. I was singled out for my disability and not treated well at all. ADA laws are not followed by this company.

It was horrible. I am a disabled veteran and they tried to force me to buy a drink package. I was asked by guest services in the busy lobby what my disability was that I couldn't drink with? I was also forced to show all my meds in a public bar that said i couldn't drink. This was done by the bar manager of the ship.
