Review summary
Avoid this cruise and do not look at their “low” prices because at the end they will charge you without your authorization!!!!!! Then you will have to deal with all the disputes and headaches. Buy the way there is no way to get to their customer service unless you email. Finally when reached they say that no such charges where made. However my bank do see them and we did dispute them all and now I have to wait up to 90 days to get my money back. I wish I have not went to this cruise!!!Embarkation

The whole thing very unorganized!!! And chip!!After we finished And we’re back home, they put on hold $590 if my account, the. This amount was unauthorized. And the next day they charged me a new amount of $260 , which left me with $4 balance. They never let go of sum of $590 an another $260 which comes to sum of 850 all together. The same thing happened to my mothers account. Now I’m disputing all the charges and hopefully I’ll get my money back.I highly don’t recommend this cruise, it looks cheap but at the end you spend more then you would ever thought. To avoid headaches, don’t look at their incorrect low prices as advertised.carnival cruises will take all of your money. Therefore go with other cruises that you maybe little more expensive but at least you know what you charges are and it’s much more worthy . I wish I would have known that. Finally instead of spending an about $800 per person, I was charged $2000
