Review summary

Had fun, would have been much better if the food was good. Lots of fun things to do and the restaurant "Elation", should have stated dress code......my partner was turned away after our excursion returned more than 45 minutes late getting us back to the ship and all he wanted to do at that point was to sit down and eat.

Room Steward was so amazing and cannot say enough about James....He greeted us with a smile every day and addressed all of our needs timely and effectively, awesome steward!

The cabin was clean however, the air conditioner stop running around 9 pm and then room would get hot and uncomfortable to sleep night, we both woke early sweating until the air came back on around 7 am.

yes, the excursion should have stated excessive walking, total walked was 7.8 miles from point of arrival to end of excursion......this should be documented in your excursion description. Most disappointed that we were not able to browse in the shops of Cozumel.

Dress codes are published daily in the Fun Times and on the HUB. No excuse for not knowing. If you are late, dinner is available at the buffet. Sounds like you needed to do a bit more research. Hopefully, you will find a cruise and/or cruise line that fits your needs.
