We loved the experience ! The only thing we didn't like was the way the customer service lady talked to us.She didn't seem like she wanted to help at all. But everything else was great!

I think the activities for children 8-11 should be more fun. My 15 year old son loved Ms.D He said she is a great person and a hard worker. He loved going to her. At first he was very shy but once he met Ms.D he loved the experience.

Europeans are very business-like in those capacities. It's not rudeness generally, just a cultural difference. Americans aren't accustomed to that. Personally, I don't care for strangers calling me sweetie or honey, etc.
