Review summary

Just put this poor ship to rest Why would you kept it running I feel sorry for the people when it there 1st cruise and it with you on this ship if it was my 1st I would never cruise again

The services in the main dining room was great but the food was not good. Our device team was the best Alberto is really a great guys and the rest Russell,Gurkan, Komang were very helpful

In the casino the air condition did not work the services told me he was not a technical and could not help me but did I want a drink

What a joke why would you ask this could not see out the window they were so dirty the pool I wouldn't let my dog in it the casino slot were never clean dirty ash tray

Really like Wirat was really helpful and kind but as for the room he did the best he could mold inside the shower the closet door was dirt and needed to be paint the air conditioner was not working well

Ship tip

Don't go save your money for a newer ship bad food dirty and old show are the worst not a lot to do the pool I would let my dog in and all they care about is selling you drinks so maybe you wouldn't notice how bad it really is

Just cruises in April 2017 on her and we loved it!! Amazing staff. She is about to get a new face lift next year but we loved everything including her age spots!! Attitude is everything. I read so many bad comments before our cruise but we left with nothing but good memories. There is slot of value to the smaller ships if you compare. Just depends how long you like to stand in lines and fight for good seats. To all future cruiser on the Paradise...just go and have fun!! Treat the crew with respect and they will ensure you the best service ever!!

Well the Vista will be my first updated ship. I've been on the Retired Holiday twice, and the Paradise once.

Paradise was a great ship when I was on her. I have also been on 2 of her sister Fantasy Class ships. They are my favorite class of ship for short cruises. If you go on a Fantasy class ship and expect the Vista you will be disappointed. If you go on a it for a short fun cruise you can not help but have a great time.
