I chose this ship because we had never cruised from this port or ship. I sincerely regret it and apologized to guests that went with us. We will definetely choose Carnival again but we will not use this port or ship.

The steward gets a 5. However, out of 10 cruises i have never encountered so many rude employees with Carnival,
A mess. Directed and redirected to where we were supposed to go. Luggage in hand, waited for our floor to be called, and sent back. Very unorganized, by this point i really just needed to get off this ship!
I totally agree. 7/2015 went on this cruise ship. Things were old and rusty on the ship. Elevator had been broken two years. Was way over crowded on the "at sea" days. Pools too small as well.
