Review summary

My favorite part of the cruise was the steward.  He was awesome.  This cruise had way toooooo many kids on it.  We could not enjoy the whirlpool.  There were kids everywhere.

Next time try deck 11 aft. Better than serenity deck

There is the Serenity Deck for adults only. It's really nice.

The problem isn't the number of kids but the sorry parents who don't parent there little bundles of "joy". I would be mortified if my kids acted the way some do. And no, mine are not angels but we have taught them how to behave in public.

2011? Now they have the adults only area...NO KIDS IN HOT TUBS! I love it! Also depends on when you cruise...summer..no school + family vacations = tons of kids, same for spring break

It was in 2011 from Miami. I don't mind there being some kids, I love kids, but there were tons of them and no supervision. I had a maybe 7 year old spill a hot cup of coffee on me... Why in the world did a small child have hot coffee?!! Lol! I will for sure have to check out your recommendations! Thanks :)

When did you cruise and from what port? If you want an almost adult cruise, try Holland America. We did a cruise from Montreal to Boston. Besides a small amount of children, cruising the St. Lawrence Sea Way, is very calm. Even when we turned into the Atlantic Ocean the water stayed calm. This was a very relaxing cruise with some wonderful ports of call.

I will never do Carnival again because of that. They pack way too many people on one boat and half of them are kids. I've cruised with Disney and they didn't even have that many kids!
