Review summary
We were on deck 5 and the hallways were flooded with water! The food both at the buffet and sit down dinner was terrible! We had to keep sending our food back and what would come back was just as bad! Almost not edible. My brother and his girlfriend were with us one deck up and they said the water was running down the walls up there. This was their first cruise and they are never going on one again! I booked one for Dec 10th and have been trying to get my $300 deposit back so we can re-book on Royal Carribean but they refuse to do anything but give us $25 towards a future trip! FUTURE TRIP? I am going to report them to the Attorney General for putting my life in danger! I never want to step foot on there again.

Just for the uninformed Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has a division called Consumer Protection and that is where you are able to file a consumer complaint. Yes, I have filed one and do not feel that the ship is safe and it should be inspected. Why some of you do not believe what to place I do not understand unless you work for carnival!

Yes, the Attorney General does handle consumer complaints. Yes, they refuse to refund my $300 deposit! Yes the halls were flooded with water! Yes my brother and his girlfriend were on the deck above and had water running down the walls. Yes, RCC does have much better food. The food was very, very bad! A lot of people are used to eating bad food at buffets so I guess some people think that the food was ok but it was very, very bad! Call me a drama queen for not feeling safe with flooding in the halls and walking in 5 inches of water! Yes, if you look at past comments this is not the first time nor am I the first person that had the problem with flooding! My sister in law will be writing a review also! I paid a little less for my RC Cruise to the same locations as they had a special so it is not more money!

This review has to be bogus! Since most have touched on the "I was on that cruise prior or after with no issues", I'll touch on the refund clause, as stated on the Carnival website. " If you are cancelling your booking prior to your final payment, there is no penalty to cancel unless you have booked a specific promotion with a non-refundable deposit and/or fare.". There are 7 more months until we hit December and your deposit is $300. No reason you shouldn't get a FULL refund unless you booked under a specific, no refund promotion.
