Review summary

The most part the service are good except some like the daycare personnel. There is plenty of food to go around to bad the soda is not part of the complementary drink. There is some down time in the activities considering it's only a 4 day cruise. The movies that is shown in the theater is not so interesting for adults nor the kids. The entertainment shows are wonderful.the total experience is great but not excellent.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Plenty of food and enough choices. The 8:15 p.m dinner soothes just fine cause there is no way you will get hungry there are plenty of places to grab food while waiting for the scheduled dinner.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The shows are the best. The activities are lacking a bit there are some down time specially the day before you arrive back to long beach where we spend the whole day in the ship. The instruction are not so great.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
Staff for the most part are excellent. Not enough activities for young and old specially when daycare doesn't offer much good service for the kids.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
For the most part the staffs are very friendly except for the few that are not so including the staff of the camp daycare for ages 6 to 11 and the receptionist at the spa and gym. The best are the waiters that served us the whole day and the cleaning person in charge of room r102.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship is large enough. All the area I've gone too in the ship are clean. Not enough restroom considering there is a large amount of people in the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The rooms are so clean I believe they clean it 3x a day. The room is small for 4 to 5 people at once and the tv needs to be replace. The bed is comfortable enough.

Ports of call

Ensenada, Mexico

3 out of 5
Ensenada is not a kid friendly place the labofadora trip is something you can do without. If you like to shop for some bargains or have a couple of drinks this is the place for you specially if you are looking for some Viagra I guess they don't need prescription in this side of the world.
Don't Miss: The hustle of finding a bargain cause everything starts at $20 just don't bite on it right away.

Catalina Island, California

5 out of 5
Very nice town the best part is knowing about the history of the place
Don't Miss: The casino and the ambiance

Pros: Food, entertainment and for the most part the service

Cons: Pool and lack of information
