Great Vacation

Sail Date: June 11, 2007

Room Type: Oceanview

Overall this made for a fantastic vacation. The crew is very well organized and the whole program makes it so easy for you to enjoy your vacation without any worries at all. Everyone on board was very helpful and always very professional and polite. Both ports had great shore excursions to fill up the day and make it an adventure, and it was pretty easy to get on and off the boat at port; only a few lines for security here and there. Overall, a wonderful way to spend the week.

Pros: the service was very energetic, polite, and always on the spot. The formal dinners were wonderful. and, there was never a dull moment on board.

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Small but comfortable and kept very clean and tidy by the steward, who did a great job of servicing the room while we were out and about.
Entertainment
Lots of options for entertainment, but I did not participate in them.
Food and Dining
The formal dinners were great, especially if you went for the chef's recommendations. Be warned though, a five course meal every night and food/ drinks all day will add on a few pounds.
Service and Staff
Every single crew member treated us very well.
Ship Quality
Lots of great rooms to explore, and all was very well maintained.
Catalina Island, California
great tiny little island. very cute and great for relaxing, but if you have already been there, do a shore activity to fill up the day.
Don't Miss: seadoos
Ensenada, Mexico

Don't Miss: Try the mini-jeep excursion; great way to see the country side and get away from the city.
