I'll give them one star for the two women who weighted on me! The guy... I told him about my Air Conditioning in my room and how it seemed to be drawing in cigarette smoking smell and he said tell your Cabin Stewart! I told him I did! I just don't want to be billed for an Extra Cleaning! Anything else? WTF, It's like he didn't care!

Ana never sent complimentary chocolate covered strawberries to our cabin due to mishaps we encountered upon arrival, wet carpet and dirty bedsheets. The one lady at shore excursions was extremely rude, when I asked her a question in regards to time and location. She looked bothered, she replied look at your ticket all of your information is there
