I don't think so. Everything I've seen on carnival panorama states Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse | Brewhouse on Lido Deck is open for lunch on embarkation and sea days (12:00pm-2:30pm), Guy's Pig & Anchor restaurant features a complimentary buffet with all of Fieri's signature barbecue dishes.
