On our 02OCT2021 Panorama 7 day, there were two "Elegant Night" or "Dress to Impress" nights (no longer called formal because of modern American's distaste of dressing up). First night had the lobster tails, second night filet mignon. The day varies depending on port times. Currently it is the first sea day and coming out of Cabo San Lucas. Days subject to change, just like the itinerary is.
