This was my 3rd Cruise in two months so I just went to relax and had no plans since I've done this itinerary 3 times. But this time we were surrounded by a pod of Dolphins and I truly enjoyed the wild life.

There were no issues coming onboard the employees were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait a long time to board.

Now this was a hit or miss coming off both the Carnival Mardi Gras and the Carnival Radiance within 3 weeks. I have to say the food on the ship was hit or miss. The dinning room food was good except for Formal Night. That meal was awful. The dessert was awful too how can you mess up creme brulee. The Blue Iguana Cantina was excellent I ate there the majority of the time. For the first time in 6 cruises I found myself in the buffet and it was good. Loved the salad bar. For the first cruise ever I didn't eat at Guys burger. Drinks at the Alchemy bar was fantastic. I truly enjoyed the drink package.
Onboard Activities

This ship have amazing pools. I was really excited to use the serenity deck pool. It's one of the last in the fleet that has an Adult only pool. The new ships have them. But keep in mind it was winter and they don't heat any of the pools. Even the one that was covered water still freezing. That's why the kids take over all the hot tubs. Also Karaoke is such a popular event yet they hold it at dinner time or 4:30 &5:30 p.m. If you have an early dinning time you miss it every day. And that's the crowd pleaser.🤷🏾♀️

The DJ on this sailing was Amazing he was acting as DJ, Fun Squad and Cruise Director for this sailing. I was truly surprised not to see the Cruise Director but once. Keep in mind I just came off a ship with Kendal Fire, D and Adam and all 3 were very active throughout the entire Cruise. The deck party was a bore. The Piano bar was empty. I have never seen that on a ship before. One night I had to help the DJ get a electric slide going in the club. 🤣
Service and Staff

Our room Steward was absolutely amazing. I always leave a day 1 posted of things I need for the week. Our Stewart made sure we had each and every item. Our room was so clean. We did anytime dinning so we didn't have the same waiters every night. They were all great except for a Sea Day Brunch Servers they were rude and socializing while people were waiting on their food and it wasn't just us. We waited 30 min for them to bring our drink receipts after a while we got up to leave and then they screamed for us to come back. We had the drink package so it really didn't matter.

Cabin / Stateroom

This was a wonderful cabin but it was an assessable room. I had a guaranteed room so I had no control over that. But is was larger and I enjoyed it.
Ship tip
The theming is very interesting all over the place but it's a fun ship with a great serenity deck.
