Review summary

Our first time on the Pacific side of Mexico and the west coast. Pleasant and nice. Slow down and remember you are on vacation. Service is slow but we had no where else to go

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Even with the Covid requirements it was very smooth.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was adequate and was hit or miss. The service in the dining room was slow. Often the food was cold. At breakfast the made to order omelets and eggs were delicious, but had very long lines because they only made 2 at a time. The bartenders were slow often taking 15 minutes or more because they had to measure every pour using shot glasses or other measuring devices.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The serenity adult area was very nice

Entertainment

2 out of 5
The stage shows were short, and didn't hit the mark.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
No children

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our room steward was very attentive and accommodating

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
The windows in the food court were filthy. You could barely see out. It looked like they hadn't been washed since I was last on the Miracle in 2006 I was very disappointed in that.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
It was clean but dated. There was only 1 outlet in the cabin. Bring a power strip to be able to charge multiple phones and electronics

Ship tip

Set your expectations low. relax grab a drink and enjoy. You are on vacation after all!

Ports of call

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

3 out of 5
No excursions, but a very busy harbor makes people watching an experience

Ensenada, Mexico

3 out of 5
An old school Mexican tourist town.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
We were the last people to leave ( by design) smooth departure

The problem with the windows is Sea Air happens, on windy rough days they get covered in spray.
