Our waiters Ronaldo, and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were very attentive, friendly, happy and helpful! They treated us like family and kept us smiling. Kim was our on deck waiter and he was awesome too! Always there to get our drinks. Gusti was our favorite though! He was always smiling and very informative. The most impressive person we met was Chloe the cruise director. From the time she met our party until the end of cruise she always acknowledged us by name and a smile and sometimes a hug. I also saw her greet other guests with hugs and smiles and stories. Her hands on attitude made the cruise more pleasant. I have been on 13 cruises and she is the best, most energetic, involved cruise director I have seen. Cudos to Chloe

The ship was clean the layout was good and easy to learn, however the decor was horrible. Very dreary . The Bacchus dining room decor was horrible and not pleasant to look at.
We had an excursion booked through cruises only but did not realize it was a 2 hour travel to get to ruins. We were not sure we would get back in time so we had to book another one spending way more money than anticipated. The carnival people in port were very helpful and helped us get another tour. They saved our day!
