Due to a current health problem, we were unsure about our ability to take this cruise. We are SOOOO glad we did! It was just what the doctor ordered! We fell in love with the ship itself, and there were so many cozy, private places where we could go with a coffee or a drink and just sit quietly, that it suited our needs perfectly. When we're ready to sail again, we'll look up the Miracle's itinerary and probably book again, just for the sake of the ship!

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Disappointed in dining room food so only ate there twice. Loved the Lido, especially the Chopstix and Carribbean buffets. however, overall, the food experience was not as spectacular as we've experienced on other ships. (Carnival)
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Did not participate in many activities due to age and health. Was disappointed in massage experience in Spa as we felt somewhat "buffaloed" about the price when we attempted to redeem a complimentary "gift certificate". Massage itself was good.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Stage shows were very disappointing compared to other ships (Carnival) we've been on. Most of the small venue performers seemed mediocre at best. However, DAFT SAILORS, the band, was OUTSTANDING! We followed them around wherever/whenever they performed, so they more than compensated for our disappointment in the main stage group.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All staff were just outstanding. Our room steward Pai (sp?) was awesome! Dining room folks were above and beyond on all counts! The cruise director, Leigh, was just marvelous. He could put a smile on the grouchiest face. Thank you, Leigh!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Miracle is now our favorite Carnival ship. We adore the decor and as we expect from Carnival ships, everything was spotless at all times!
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
This was our favorite cabin of all the cruises we've been on! Everything was perfectly convenient!
Ship tip
Book it as soon as possible and then book it again. Its design takes you back to a previous era -- magical!
Merely walked to shops. One of us had physical challenges and we've been to Cozumel several times. On previous tours, it was one of our favorites. Especially the ruins tour.
We had scheduled a tour which we had to cancel due to illness. However, we were able to walk ashore and LOVED this island. This is one of our top destinations in the Carribbean.
