Eat in the dining room- it's wonderful. Pizza was also great if you want a quick meal.

Hired a taxi and were fortunate to get a local who had grown up on Grand Cayman. His name is George, he was very informative and catered to what we wanted, which was to know more about the island and see some areas that were away from the port area.
