Review summary

Internet and TV did not work entire cruise. Notified guest services, they said they were aware but never offered a refund for internet or move us to a room where the TV didn't cut out constantly

Ship tip

Would not buy ANY internet package. Internet and TV were intermittent thru the week long cruise. Couldn't even use the hub app to text. I mentioned it to guest services and was told that they were aware but never offered to refund my cost for internet. Lesson learned... NEVER NEVER buy any internet package on the miracle
