Review summary

Took a 7 night western Caribbean cruise out of Tampa. The boat was old and dated. There was not much offered for activities. The shows were average. The best part was the comedy shows. Our room was dirty from previous guests in plain sight making us question the cleanliness of the rest of the ship and our room. In 2 occasions in the main dining room coffee was ordered and not brought to our table. Our first night at dinner baked potatoes were served with no fixings offered. We saw people in 2 different occasions walk out on dinner saying it was terrible. The 2 days for crafts at sea was the same project offered on both days. At the coffee bars there was always only 1 person working taking 20 minutes at times to get your coffee orders. Cookies and desserts at the coffee bars were all extra which I have never encountered at any other cruise. I have traveled carnival, royal Caribbean and celebrity and at this time carnival is the only one I would never travel with again. Spend the extra money and do a meter class of ship!!

Ship Quality

When the rooms were opened for guests we went to our room and found coffee spilled on the balcony door and lotions smeared all over the glass of the door. My boyfriend took pictures and brought it to guest relations offering someone to reclean the room??

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
The size of the rooms were the smallest that I have ever seen on a cruise ship. They were very tight and if you are traveling with a family I would not recommend

Ship tip

Very old, very dated extremely small cabins. We were never docked in port on arrival at destination areas. I would not recommend this shop or carnival and I will never book with them again
