Procedures need to be refined:
Example. We were on a line waiting to be seated for breakfast in the Bacchus dining room. The hostess was on the phone discussing something with a guest. 5 seating hostesses were standing around behind her waiting to seat guests. At leas 5 other parties were standing behind us on line. Nothing moved because the gal on the phone was the only one authorized to assign tables. Poor procedure! Poor management!
I have more examples relating to lines returning to the ship, food availability, timelyness of activity announcements and scheduling, training of the some of the dining staff who stacked dishes in front of us on the table.
The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly

Food and Dining

Food was ok to good. Some of the lesser wait staff were poorly trained. Too many long lines on the Lido Deck. Perhaps longer hours or more stations open at odd time would have prevented the interminable waits. The dining room should be open for lunch on sea days

Onboard Activities

Sea days were very boring. More demonstrations in which more people could partivipate, would have been a big improvement.

Entertainment

lack of things to do during sea days. Ice sculpting demonstration and others, because of the location, could be viewed by very few guests. Trivia contests were erratic. Bridge and other card players should have been instructed to mee on the firs day of cruising rather than on the second. Some of the commedians were very good. The ventrillaquest was delightful. Some of the comefians on the firs half of the trip were beyond disgusting, which I could handle, but they were not funny.

Children's Programs

My grandchildren participated in many activities. The childrens' activities seemed far better organized than those for the adults.

Staterooms were a nice size. Balcony for most rooms a plus. Organizxation of the shops and dining made for an unbearable number of trips up and down. Dining room decor is horrendous

Cabin / Stateroom

very comfortable. TV should be easier to channel surf

Ship Tip

There was never a short line on this ship. On the Lido deck everyone came, saved a large table, regardless of how many in their group and caused a table shortage on more than one occasion. Perhaps the staff should be suggesting to guests that larger tables be left vacant for larger groups.
