Service and Staff

Aris was a great cabin steward. Allan was amazing as our table 625 waiter. He and has assistants never let us go without anything. Allan had us laughing and clapping and having a great time. His singing and dancing were great. The Magic is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee! Three cheers for Molly for keeping us all entertained at trivia and with her upbeat and happy personality throughout the ship. She stepped in with Momo t to o try to keep us patient and entertained while waiting for the so very long and tedious disembarking.

Ship was well planned except for the elevator situation.doors closed too quickly to get on.

Aris kept my cabin very clean and tidy. Vinyl couch was torn. Picture missing g on wall over bed. Bed very comfortable! Good size for a couple. Glad there were not bunk beds. Plenty of storage.

Ship tip

Get Wi-Fi option. Can not access some info without it. Carry on and off luggage to avoid back up and confusion. Be patient with the elevator situation or just plan on taking the stairs. Eat most meals in restaurants. Just have Fun!!!

Disembarkation

Poor planning all around. People not given luggage tags in cabins to make finding and offloading luggage easier. People were not called by area properly. Handicapped people should have been allowed to exit after those taking their own luggage off . Platinum cruisers were too many to allow to leave at once. Lots of back ups and waiting . Luggage not offloaded quick enough and placed for pick up.
